I made these a long time ago they are so simple but lovely to eat. They are a quick thing to make if you only have a few minutes. I know this was only short but there is not much to say about these amazing tarts. Keep an eye out for any other bakes I have made. :)

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a wonderful summer and great holidays. This August I have been doing a lot of baking, so I decided to show you what I have made. The first thing I would like to show you is my apple and blackberry crumble!

First I rubbed butter in to flour to make them look like breadcrumbs and then I stirred in some sugar. I peeled two (cooking) apples and chopped them into slices. Next I put the apples in an ovenproof dish along with some blackberries. Afterwards, I put my crumble mix on top and spread it out evenly. Finally I put my crumble in the oven for 30 mins then served with warm custard. You could also serve it with cream too.

I hope you liked my crumble blog .

See you soon!!

Today i made a Munchies Cheesecake with my Auntie. The ingredients were munchies, butter, cream cheese ,icing sugar, plain digestives and double cream. We had to smash 200g of biscuit to make the base and then melted butter so we could coat the biscuit in it. My sister Harriet helped me bake the cheesecake. We put 12 munchies on top of the cheesecake and it was very tasty.

Yesterday I made a gingerbread house. I got a set for Christmas, I had to check that we had everything like four sides, a base and two roof parts. It came with a little snowman made with icing. My little sister Harriet helped make the gingerbread house she was more interested in eating the little circle sprinkles!

Afterwards we ate some of the gingerbread house, yummy!
